Soo Pickleball Executive has met and discussed feedback from players. The following CHANGES TO TECH PLAY are effective moving forward:

1. Players are NOT ALLOWED to play in or book more than one BOOK session IN A ROW, in the same day.

2. Between 12pm-6pm each day, there is now a MINIMUM of 4 players per court (do not schedule a session for only 2 for drills during these hours for example).

3. If your name is on a BOOK session, you CANNOT "help" another player book the session that is right after the session you have your name in (even if you remove your name and don't play that 2nd session).

4. If your name is first on a BOOK court, you must be sure it is AT LEAST 4 PLAYERS 12pm-6pm. Therefore, if, during the day that your session is booked, less than 4 players are signed up on your court, you must either:a)CHANGE YOUR NOTES to OPEN to find another player, or b) CANCEL your court (in time for other players to BOOK) if you don't want to play with other players. It is not ok to assume you will find a player still at the gym to "fill in".

5. Please use common sense! BE RESPECTFUL of all players: Men, Women, all skill levels. 

Level Sessions are for all 3 courts to mix together. BOOK courts only "mix together" IF the player that booked that court decides to do so (rare).

6. ADD A NOTE at the bottom of a BOOK court if your name is first on the list. REMOVE YOUR NOTES if you remove your name!

7. To stay consistent with our original messaging for joining Tech, players can still self rate for their level of play. Soo Pickleball is developing a FAIR process to assess player skill levels and it will be implemented prior to the next indoor season in the fall. 

8. Door codes continue to be an issue - Shelagh may have to issue you a new number if your number doesn't work! 

9. BE SURE TO CLOSE BOTH DOORS on your way out of TECH - ice build up has been an issue!
